- As our current and longtime clients know, we love seeing and talking to your fur baby. We also like them to be safe & healthy and our staff safe and healthy. Therefore we must follow some basic guidelines.
- Our liability insurance mandates we perform cleanup if not done by the client.
- All gates must be in working order and closed. We will close all gates we enter upon departure. In the event we encounter a faulty latch or gate issue, we will inform you via text, email or call.
- All waste must be cleaned up prior to our service day.
- If waste is encountered once we are on site, we may elect to properly clean any waste discovered. Scott’s Services LLC will then impose a waste removal fee of $5 or $10, depending on amount of waste removed. Some clients leave waste and want us to remove it when we visit. That is okay with us. We aim to do a better job in 2026 of this but will add the fee each visit.
FAQs
- What if I clean up but miss some? A: we are human we get it. If you miss one or two spots no harm.
- When do I pay the fee? A: Once our visit is complete it is due at that time. If you prepay or pay before it is communicated to you of the waste pickup fee, you can add it to the next visit or make an additional $5 or $10 payment.
3. What if I refuse to pay? We hope it doesn’t come to that but as a company in business to make your property look great and maximize its value, we will postpone servicing your property until payment is made.
