Payment terms and Refunds

Payments:

Residential- ALL residential accounts are due when services are rendered. We know sometimes payment may need to be made virtually/digitally. As long as payment is received within 1 week of service date, no late fee applies. Otherwise, a late fee of $5 applies. After 30 days, an additional 3.5% fee applies.

Commercial- accounts are set up the same as residential with payment due at time of service. However, given the business conditions, a grace period of 2 weeks plus 10 days is afforded each commercial account. Thereafter, a late fee of $5 applied as well as 3.5% fee.  

Refunds: 

No refunds given for services rendered.
